1. Who we are
Zonneweelde9, Franchommelaan 144 bus 9, 8370 Blankenberge, VAT BE 0648.454.601, is responsible for the processing of your personal data through this website. You can reach us at info@zonneweelde9.be.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and your message.
- Bookings: if you book online, our reservation system Cloudbeds processes the data needed for your booking and payment. We only use it to organise your stay.
- Technical data: like any web server, our hosting provider briefly logs your IP address and browser details to keep the website secure.
3. Why
To answer your question, to prepare and run your stay (performance of the contract), to meet legal obligations, and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest). We never send newsletters or advertising without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only with parties that help us manage the apartment or run the website: our co-host EasyEscape, Cloudbeds (reservations), our web host and email provider. They process your data only on our behalf. We never sell your data.
5. How long
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 2 years. Booking data is kept as long as the law requires (for example for accounting and guest registration).
6. Cookies and external services
This website only uses functional cookies needed for the site and the contact form to work (session and security). There are no tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Maps map only loads when you click “Show map”; Google’s terms apply from then on. Fonts are loaded through Bunny Fonts, without cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Just email info@zonneweelde9.be. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always on this page.
